Outline of Research at the Start	家族性地中海熱（FMF）ではコルヒチン内服が治療の第一選択だが、その反応性を規定する要因は不明である。本研究ではFMF患者におけるコルヒチン反応性と以下の各因子；①発作頻度などの臨床情報、②MEFV遺伝子変異、③関連する分子遺伝学的因子、④発作期の炎症性サイトカイン、との関連を多面的に解析し、コルヒチン反応性予測モデルを作成、患者を層別化し個別化医療につなげ、将来のFMF治療指針に寄与することを目的とした。本研究によって個々の患者に応じた治療計画が可能となり、発作期間の短縮、QOLや予後の改善、治療副作用の軽減に役立つと考える。
