Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、臨床的に有用性の高い抗リン脂質抗体を複数種測定でき、同時に酸化ストレス度を定量できる自動検査システムを開発し、陽性抗体の種類・抗体価・酸化ストレス度から患者毎に発症リスクの高い合併症を予測できる鑑別診断法を確立する。さらに我々が提唱したAPSの病態発症機序である”Cell-mediated coagulation induction”に基づき、患者血漿より単離・精製した各種IgG抗体を用いて、独自に開発したヒト血管内皮細胞・単核球・血小板の共培養実験系により各種抗リン脂質抗体の血栓形成作用を解明する。
