Outline of Research at the Start

これまでに麻黄が肝細胞増殖因子受容体c-Metのリン酸化阻害や、c-Met及びEGFRのダウンレギュレーションを介した抗がん作用を有することや、抗がん剤誘発末梢神経障害疼痛を緩和することを明らかにした。一方、がん薬物治療による心血管系有害事象が問題となり、R5年3月にOnco-cardiologyガイドラインが発表された。麻黄に含まれるアルカロイドは心血管系有害事象を誘発することがあるため、がん薬物治療に麻黄を併用することは好ましくない。そこで本研究では、麻黄からアルカロイドを除去した安全性の高いEFEのがん薬物治療への併用効果を明らかにし、臨床応用へ導くための科学的エビデンスを構築する。
