Outline of Research at the Start

ヒトの精子を減少させる環境汚染物質や内分泌かく乱化学物質が注目されており、男性側を原因とする不妊を確実に増加させる要因の一つになっている。応募者らは以前からフタル酸ジエチルヘキシル(DEHP)曝露マウスの精巣内セルトリ細胞機能障害や精巣間質マクロファージの関与を明らかにした。本研究では化学物質等により増え続けている男性不妊症の治療への応用を目指し、漢方薬と他の漢方補剤薬によるDEHP曝露マウスのセルトリ細胞機能障害や精巣間質マクロファージの関与について、それぞれの治療効果や、その作用機序についても明らかにする。
