Outline of Research at the Start	自己免疫性自律神経節障害（AAG）は自律神経系が免疫標的となる比較的新しい疾患概念である。本症では自律神経節アセチルコリン受容体（gAChR）抗体が病原性自己抗体として病態の鍵となる。我々は１）より精確かつ高感度のgAChR抗体測定系、２）未着手となっている他の多種類の自律神経系関連受容体（アドレナリン受容体など）抗体の新規測定系の必要性を認識してきた。１）と２）を用いて３）gAChR抗体陰性自律神経障害や自律神経障害を呈するCOVID-19後遺症（long COVID）で網羅的に自律神経系関連受容体への自己抗体測定を行い、抗体陽性頻度と陽性症例の特徴を把握することを計画した。
