Outline of Research at the Start	心房細動は脳梗塞の最大のリスク因子である。そのため未診断の発作性心房細動を早期に検出する方法を確立することは極めて重要な課題である。近年は皮下植込み型心電計によるモニタリングが使用可能であるが、コストや侵襲性が課題である。そのため、侵襲性や診断精度を考慮して適切な検査方法を選択し、さらに、心房細動の重度や背景病態も考慮した適切な治療方法を選択する必要がある本研究では、心房細動検出リスクの高い集団を明らかにし、検出後の脳梗塞発症・再発リスクの高い集団を特定することで、包括的な心房細動検出および治療のアルゴリズムを確立を目指す。
