Outline of Research at the Start	シングル核RNA-seqを行って、細胞腫ごとのRNAプロファイルを明らかにする。得られたスプライシング異常やRNA発現異常によって、蛋白の発現量や局在がどう変わるかを調べる。既に我々がDM1で増加しているCXCL1の局在を調べる。また障害部位同定のためのMRIを使ったfixel based analysisを行う。この解析により同定したMRIの神経線維減少部位で、剖検脳を使ったスプライシング異常を探索する。さらにglymphatic systemの評価のためDM１患者のMRIの拡散強調画像を撮像し、DTI-ALPS法を用いて解析する。
