Outline of Research at the Start

アルツハイマー病の疾患就職薬レカネマブの登場に伴い，診療においてバイオマーカー検査で非アルツハイマー病と診断される患者の増加が見込まれる．そこで，既存の臨床研究データを用いて，非アルツハイマー病を認知機能や画像など様々な特性に基づいてグループ化を行い，最終的には非アルツハイマー病理ごとに最初期に検出しうる変化を同定する．本研究の成果は，将来的に非アルツハイマー病の診断技術や治療法の創出につながることが期待される．
