Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、遺伝性ジストニアモデル動物及ぼ薬剤性ジスキネジアモデル動物を用いて、これらのHyperkinetic Movement Disorderの発現が、L-dopa誘発ジスキネジアと共通した病理学的変化（淡蒼球内節における線条体直接路神経細胞の神経終末にGABAが蓄積する）に基づくことを証明し、かつこれらの不随意運動がGABA放出抑制薬で治療可能であること示す。
