Outline of Research at the Start	腸内細菌の80%が機能が十分明らかになっていないことから細菌叢解析のみでは、細菌叢の機能的役割を明らかにはできない。そこで、ショットガンシークエンス解析による機能解析およびその結果推定される代謝産物を測定することによりに発祥様式の異なるLewy小体病における脳障害と脳保護作用の機序解明を行うことで、病態進展因子と抑制因子を明らかにする。
