Outline of Research at the Start	実験的自己免疫性神経炎（EAN）ラットを用いて炎症性末梢神経障害類似の病態を再現し、MΦよる髄鞘障害でミトコンドリアが酸化損傷をうけるかを検討する。さらに炎症性末梢神経障害の発症後の臨床経過とミトコンドリア傷害の程度との関係を明らかにし、治療介入をすべきタイミングを検討する。そして最善と思われる治療介入のタイミングにおいてミトコンドリア保護剤を投与し症状改善を検証する。治療効果の証明のためEAN末梢神経内の活性酸素種および酸化的脂質損傷マーカーを測定する。またEANでのサイトカイン変動についても解析を行う。
