Outline of Research at the Start

神経性やせ症（Anorexia Nervosa: AN）診療における客観的バイオマーカーの不在が大きな障壁となっている。ANの中核的な病態として、不確実性への不耐性（intolerance of uncertainty: IU）が注目されている。本研究では、非侵襲的で測定時の拘束性の少ない脳機能画像手法である光トポグラフィ装置（near-infrared spectroscopy: NIRS）により、NIRSでIUを評価可能な課題を確立し、ANにおいてIU課題で評価すべき脳活動を同定する。AN患者におけるIUを反映する脳活動指標と、臨床症状や治療経過との関連性を検討することにより、IUを反映するANの客観的バイオマーカー確立への知見を得ることを目的とする。
