臨床情報が紐づけれた統合失調症の臨床検体(血液と脳)を第5世代シークエンサーを用いて、シトシンに加えて、アデニン、チミン、グアニンのメチル化を定量し、統合失調症のDNAメチル化修飾の異常の特徴を明らかにするとともに、one-carbon metabolism代謝物とDNAメチル化修飾との関係を明らかにする。
