Outline of Research at the Start	就労中の双極性障害患者の症状悪化を早期に発見して介入する治療法の開発と実装化が喫緊の課題となっている。近年デジタル技術の発展により、ウェアラブルデバイスを用いたプログラム医療機器は、その簡便性から実現性の高い治療法として期待されている。本研究では、双極性障害患者の就労継続支援を目的として、ウェアラブルデバイスや患者報告アウトカム電子システム（electronic Patient Reported Outcome：ePRO）を用いた双極性障害の睡眠・覚醒リズム障害を早期に検出するwebモニタリングシステムを構築し、個別化睡眠・覚醒リズム治療をおこなうプログラム医療機器の開発と効果検証を実施する。
