Outline of Research at the Start	本研究ではドーパミン神経細胞に発現するMHCIIによる抑制性神経結合、しいては発達障害様行動への影響を明らかにするため、MHCIIの発現だけを変化させたマウスを作成し、ドーパミン神経細胞への抑制性神経結合や発達障害様行動に与える影響を調べる。具体的には、①MHCII KOマウスと②アデノ随伴ウイルス（rAAV）を用いたドーパミン神経細胞特異的なMHCIIの発現増強マウスを作成し、これまで行った実験と同様にドーパミン神経細胞への抑制性神経結合と発達障害様行動を評価する。
