Outline of Research at the Start	現在のうつ病治療は、薬物療法や精神療法が主体であるが、完全寛解の観点からは、再発の防止や本来の能力水準への回復に至る次なる治療が求められている。マインドフルネスはうつ病における不安の軽減手段としてその効果が確認されており、一方で、経頭蓋直流電気刺激（tDCS）は非侵襲的な脳刺激法として、うつ病治療においての有望な手段として注目されている。本研究では、マインドフルネスとtDCSのオーギュメンテーション治療でうつ病寛解への効果を検証し、また脳波解析を用いて効果発現の脳機能の解明に取り組む。
