Outline of Research at the Start	統合失調症患者の社会復帰の促進は喫緊の課題であるが、そのために必須とされる社会認知機能を十分に改善させる介入法はない。他方で発症早期からの社会認知への介入が必要である。さらに経頭蓋直流電気刺激(tDCS)を用いて、従来の刺激部位である前頭前野ではなく、詳細な社会認知の神経基盤の検討に基づき左上側頭溝を刺激することで社会認知(特に心の理論)が改善することを申請者らは世界で初めて報告した。この単群比較試験の結果をより高い精度で検証するために、本研究では偽刺激を対照とした二重盲検ランダム化比較試験を実施し、社会認知障害の新規治療法開発を目指す。
