Outline of Research at the Start	末梢血中の脳由来小型細胞外小胞（脳由来small extracellular vesicle: 脳由来sEV）は低侵襲性に脳内変化を評価し得る成分として注目されている。本研究ではうつ病モデルマウスを作成し、脳由来sEVの分泌元にあたる脳組織におけるsEVのプロテオミクスを実施することで、新規うつ病関連分子を網羅的に探索する。さらに、定量システムの構築と新たに見出した新規うつ病関連分子の臨床応用への可能性に関する検証を行う。
