Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、統合失調症患者・両親150家系においてデノボの生殖細胞系列変異と体細胞変異を網羅的に解析する。具体的には、①通常深度（当該領域を読む回数が100×）の全エクソーム解析（ゲノム中のすべてのエクソンの塩基配列を解読）、②高深度（350×）の全エクソーム解析、③超高深度（80,000×）のターゲットシーケンスを組み合わせる。この成果を発展させ、統合失調症の発症に大きな効果をもつリスク変異を同定し、病態解明や根本的治療法を開発するための分子基盤を得る。
