Outline of Research at the Start	自閉スペクトラム症(ASD)には多岐に渡る遺伝子の異常（遺伝的要因）や環境的要因が報告されているが、発症への関与が決定的なものは明らかとなっていない。しかし近年、神経活動の興奮性と抑制性のバランス(E/Iバランス)の異常がASDに共通する病態的変化であり、それ自体がASD中核症状をもたらす直接の原因であることが示唆されている。本研究では、E/Iバランスの異常がどのような細胞種や神経回路に影響を及ぼし特異的にASD中核症状を誘発するのか、その詳細の解明を目指す。
