| Outline of Research at the Start |
3年間の研究期間内で、緊張病症候群を有する患者(最低10例)を対象とする。ガイドラインに則して薬物療法ないしは電気痙攣療法を行うが、治療の前後において、緊張病症候群の重症度評価、および、頭部MRSを用いて、内側前頭前野、前帯状皮質、海馬、線条体の脳内４か所の部位におけるグルタミン酸濃度を測定する。得られたデータより、緊張病症候群の患者の治療前後の脳内各部位のグルタミン酸の濃度の変化を比較し、緊張病症候群におけるグルタミン酸の関与および責任領域を明らかにする。
