Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、自閉スペクトラム症児の社会的コミュニケーションの障害の神経基盤を解明することを目的とする。5-7歳の自閉スペクトラム症児と定型発達児を対象に、表情認知と聴覚的な呼びかけという感情処理に関わる課題を実施しながら脳磁図を測定し、帯状回における脳機能ネットワークの特性を比較する。先行研究で示唆された同時期の自閉スペクトラム症児の帯状回の異常に着目し、感情処理課題遂行時の脳内ネットワークをグラフ理論に基づいて定量的に解析する。さらに、帯状回の脳機能ネットワークの指標と、知能検査や適応行動検査で評価した認知・行動特性との関連を統計的に解析し、関連性を解明する。
