Outline of Research at the Start	In vivo, Ex vivo, in vitro環境下で、治療容量、有効濃度のクロザピンを実験動物（ラット）に慢性投与する。投与完了後に、ラット前頭葉、視床、視床下部、心筋、培養神経・グリア細胞内の、化学情報伝達物質、セカンドメッセンジャー、形質膜発現シグナル伝達分子の濃度を、質量分析装置、キャピラリーイムノブロッティング法を用いて定量する。また、開口分泌・非開口分泌機構を介した、脳内伝達物質遊離量を同様の方法で定量し、細胞内と細胞間の情報伝達機構に対するクロザピンの作用標的を探索する。
