Outline of Research at the Start

摂食障害マウスモデルを用いた摂食障害の病態生理について明らかにし、病態を反映するPNNなどの神経組織マーカーの変化が明らかになれば、疾患機序に基づくバイオタイプ分類に貢献できる。また、様々なマウス精神疾患モデル横断的にPNN解析を行い、研究者間での解析法による違いをできるだけ軽減できるマウス全脳PNNイメージングは重要であると考え、確立を目指す。将来的には、ヒト臨床にトランスレーション可能なPNN結合リガンドマーカーによる画像解析へと発展の可能性を見据えている。
