Outline of Research at the Start

精神疾患においては高率に睡眠の問題を認め、その状態を正確に把握することは、治療経過を改善する上で極めて重要である。近年、睡眠による心身機能の回復の評価において「睡眠休養感」に着目する重要性が示され、睡眠の質を表す新たな指標として注目されている。本研究では、主要な精神疾患の病状評価・予後予測に睡眠休養感が有用な指標であるか明らかにするとともに、睡眠休養感を規定する因子を検討する。
