Outline of Research at the Start

我が国の自殺者数は2万人以上と多く、自殺企図者の再企図の防止のための有効な社会的介入の確立は喫緊の課題である。しかしながら、脳画像・情動心理尺度・BNDFの特性を生かし、自殺企図者の衝動性リスクを精神医学的評価と並行して生物学的に評価し、バイオマーカーの所見から再企図予防につながる病態評価法を開発した研究はない。今回我々は、救急搬送された自殺企図者の脳機能や情動認知・血液バイオマーカーの特徴を明らかにし、自殺再企図リスク軽減につながる病態評価法を開発することを本研究の目的とする。
