Outline of Research at the Start	抗うつ薬の個人間の薬物血中濃度のばらつきが個人の反応性や副作用に寄与している蓋然性が高く、また血中濃度の個人差は個人の生物学的因子が背景にあると考えられる。その重要な因子として薬物代謝酵素やトランスポーターの遺伝子多型に由来する活性型の表現型がある。そこで、本研究では抗うつ薬について、シトクロムP450(CYP)を代表とする薬物動態（PK）に寄与する多数のPK関連遺伝子多型の情報を包括的に利用して、各抗うつ薬の薬物血中濃度予測モデルを構築することを目的とする。
