Outline of Research at the Start

間質性肺異常陰影(Interstitial Lung Abnormality: ILA)はCTで偶発的に発見された肺の間質性陰影を指し、大規模コホートの検討で臨床的意義があることが示された。近年のCTの技術発展により、CTの超高分解能化が実現されている。本研究ではこれらの最新のCTを用いてILAの超高分解能CT画像における所見、特に早期の線維化所見について検討する。また、超高分解能CT画像におけるILAの自動診断を行う人工知能を開発を目指す。
