Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、脳腫瘍の画像診断において、従来の視覚的定性評価に対するSynthetic MRIを用いた定量評価の有用性を示し、脳腫瘍の真の性状や拡がりを捉える画像診断の新たな手法として確立することを目的とする。MRI検査で得られるSynthetic MRIと組織学的評価を用いて、Synthetic MRIを用いた神経膠腫の内・外の信号の定量値測定、Synthetic MRIで得た測定値と組織学的・遺伝子学的診断との関係の解析、鑑別診断におけるSynthetic MRIの有用性の評価を行って、脳腫瘍の真の性状や拡がりを示すことを目指す。
