Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、すでに得られている放射線治療前後、治療中の食道がん検体を空間解析として、CODEX, VISIUM, Xeniumを用いて、放射線治療で惹起される腫瘍組織内の免疫応答を細胞レベル、遺伝子レベルで解明する。
