Outline of Research at the Start	ヒト腫瘍異種移植（ PDX）動物モデルは、摘出した患者腫瘍を直接免疫不全動物に移植し、患者に代わり癌治療を動物内で行う癌治療評価モデルである。本研究では、段階的に2つの研究を行う。①手術で摘出された患者由来の膵癌組織を免疫不全ラットの肝臓に移植し、患者由来PDXモデルを確立する②肝動脈にカテーテル挿入可能なPDXラットモデルで肝動注療法を実施し、抗腫瘍効果を病理組織学的に評価する。
