Outline of Research at the Start

前立腺マルチパラメトリックMRIを用いた腫瘍検出において中心的な役割を担っているは拡散強調像であるものの、治療介入が必要な前立腺臨床的有意癌の腫瘍検出能はいまだ不十分である。今回我々はその拡散強調像に基本撮像法であるT1強調像、T2 強調像のコントラストを自由に加味することができる合成拡散強調像を開発した（複数の定量指標の同時収集も可能）。そこで本研究ではMRI超音波融合画像ガイド下前立腺標的生検および前立腺全摘術を病理のゴールドスタンダードとして前立腺臨床的有意癌の検出能の改善に向けて従来拡散強調像と合成拡散強調像を比較し、合成拡散強調像の臨床応用の可能性を定性的および定量的に検討する。
