Outline of Research at the Start	健常者、ADを疑う認知症患者において、PETでアミロイド蓄積の定量評価であるセンチロイドスケールを、MRIでALPS indexや脈絡叢体積、CSFの蛋白濃度を反映するCSFのT2値などを測定して、治療適応となる範囲のセンチロイドスケールと最も相関するMRIデータを割り出すことを目的とする。さらに後方視的研究として、剖検脳の病理で検索したアミロイド沈着量と、生前に撮影された脳MRIのデータから、上述の前方視的研究の結果を検証する。もしMRIでAD治療対象患者の適応を言及できれば、過剰なPET検査を回避し、膨大に膨らむ日本の医療費削減に貢献できる社会的意義のある研究である。
