Outline of Research at the Start

ナトリウム・グルコース共輸送体（SGLT2）を標的分子とする核医学治療薬の創薬研究を行う。放射性核種は、α線を放出するアスタチン211（211At）及びβ線を放出するスカンジウム-47（47Sc）を使用する。リガンドはグルコースを基本骨格とするSGLT2阻害薬を出発物質として、アミノ酸又はキレート剤を介してRIを標識する。SGLT2を発現するヒト腫瘍細胞（グリオーマ、乳がん、肺がん、膵臓がん）による細胞取り込み実験、及び同腫瘍細胞を皮下移植したマウスを用いる治療実験により、化合物スクリーニングを行う。
