Outline of Research at the Start	近年、日本を中心に酸素17標識生理食塩水（PSO17）の人への応用が試みられている。当施設においてもPSO17を点眼することによって、眼球内の水の動きを画像化し、前房・後房への水の流入と洗い出しを定量的に解析した。本研究では、本技術をさらに発展させ、眼科領域と脳神経や周囲の脳脊髄液(CSF)との水交換を可視化することを目的として、これらの領域をすべて含み、安定的に水動態を測定できるMR撮像法・画像解析法の開発とデータ取得のための臨床試験を進めていく。
