Outline of Research at the Start

凍結療法は小径腎癌に対する治療選択肢の一つだが、より大きな腫瘍に対する治療法としても期待されている。本研究では、より大きな腎腫瘍に対する凍結療法の確立を目指し、動物実験により以下を実施する① 低温化不良域が出現せずに一つに融合した大きなアイスボールが形成される凍結条件の検討:異なる凍結針の配置、凍結時間、凍結-解凍サイクル数で摘出腎を凍結し、より凍結範囲の大きい凍結条件を３つ選出する。② より凍結範囲の大きい凍結療法の評価：動物実験にて、①で求めた条件で腎臓を穿刺し凍結療法を行う。凍結範囲や合併症を比較し、臨床応用の可能性を評価する。
