Outline of Research at the Start	ペプチド受容体放射性核種治療（PRRT）は、多発性転移がんに対する有望な治療選択肢である。細胞接着因子インテグリンは、αサブユニットとβサブユニットの24個のヘテロダイマーからなり、様々ながん種で発現レベルの上昇を示し、がんTheranosticsにおける標的分子として注目されている。残念ながら、αVβ3などの特定のサブタイプをターゲットとして開発されてきたため、その治療効果は今日まで必ずしも満足のいくものではない。本研究は、われわれが開発したフィブロネクチン（FN）由来の二量体ペプチドに基づき、汎インテグリン標的PRRTの新規薬剤を開発し、汎インテグリン標的PRRT戦略を構築することである。
