Outline of Research at the Start

間質性肺炎の患者は肺癌の発症リスクが高く死因として重要である。線維化を伴う慢性間質性肺炎では抗線維化薬の登場と適応拡大により進行の抑制が期待できることから、肺癌の制御がさらなる予後の改善につながる。間質性肺炎合併肺癌は呼吸機能の悪化や急性増悪の懸念から治療法が限られるため可能な限り早期の段階で診断する必要があるが、困難であることが多い。近年ラジオミクス等の定量的画像解析が肺癌の画像診断に有用との多数の報告があることから、本研究ではその手法を用いて間質性肺炎合併肺癌の早期診断方法の確立を目指す。
