Outline of Research at the Start	抗NMDA受容体脳炎は小児～若年成人に好発し、免疫介在性脳炎として最も多いが、急性脳炎の4％を占め、日本の成人発病率は5.3/100万人/年程度で、小児ではさらに少ないため、治療エビデンスは十分に検討・確立できていない。申請者らがこれまで集積したcell-based assay(CBA)陽性抗NMDA受容体脳炎177例において、臨床特徴・免疫マーカー・治療方法経過などと予後との関係を後方視的に検討し、小児期から思春期発症症例の臨床特徴・免疫マーカーに応じた治療ガイドライン提案につなげたい。
