Outline of Research at the Start	インフルエンザウイルスは、免疫が高い環境下にあると抗体結合部位を変異させることで免疫圧を回避している。さらに、抗インフルエンザ薬による薬剤選択圧によって、薬剤感受性が低下した変異株も選択される。本研究では、免疫圧と薬剤選択圧という異なるウイルスへの作用によりインフルエンザウイルスが経時的および空間的にどのような変異進化していくのかを遺伝子学的に解析することで、将来的なワクチンによる予防と抗ウイルス薬に治療の最適化をはかるための基礎的研究である。
