Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では新たなDBSからの蛋白質自動抽出法ならびに抽出された蛋白質に最適化した高深度プロテオーム解析法を開発することにより新生児スクリーニングの新しいプラットフォームを構築する。そのため次の課題に取り組む。
①DBSからFPBPの抽出法を確立し、抽出過程のロボット化を行う。
②FPBPの解析に適した高深度プロテオーム解析手法を確立する。
③患者由来のDBSを用いて新法が新生児スクリーニングに応用可能かを検証する。
