Outline of Research at the Start	神経芽腫は、小児がん死亡の約15%を占める代表的な小児難治性固形がんであり、長期生存率が未だ50%に満たない高リスク群患者の予後改善は、小児がん診療における喫緊の課題である。現在用いられている化学療法や放射線療法は、全てのがん細胞を死滅させることは困難で、治療後に亜致死となった細胞に治療誘発細胞老化TISを誘導する。このTIS細胞は、様々な細胞老化随伴分泌現象(SASP)因子を分泌し、がんの転移や再発を促進すると考えられている。そこで本研究では、神経芽腫の新規治療法として、TIS細胞を標的としたセノリティック剤・セノモルフィック剤の候補分子を同定することを試みる。
