Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、膵液と血液中のEVsに含まれる新規ncRNAの膵癌診断マーカーとしての意義を統合検証する。体液中遊離DNA（cfDNA）の変異情報と腫瘍組織の核酸解析を通じてncRNAとの関連性を評価し、RNA発現と遺伝子変異を統合したマルチレイヤー核酸検出による膵癌の早期診断体系を構築する。さらに、新規ncRNAの機能解析を通じ、悪性形質の多様性を説明する分子サブタイプとの関連を明らかとし、治療・創薬の標的として提起する。
