Outline of Research at the Start	進行肝細胞癌の一次薬物療法であるICIのアテゾリズマブ及び分子標的薬のベバシズマブの併用投与、ならびにデュルバルマブとトレメリムマブのICI併用投与を実施予定の肝癌患者を対象として、NASHを含む肝癌の成因別にICI併用療法の治療効果に関する臨床情報を収集し、同時に血液ならびに癌部・非癌部組織を採取して１細胞レベルでの免疫解析、遺伝子解析を実施することによって、ICI併用療法の有効性にかかるバイオマーカーを探索するとともに、宿主免疫機構を修飾することによって肝癌に対するICI併用療法の治療効果を増強する新たな手法の開発を目的とした研究を行う。
