Outline of Research at the Start

切除不能肝細胞癌の第1選択薬である免疫チェックポイント阻害剤のテセントリクとアバスチンの併用療法(ATZ/Bev)は奏効性に個人差があり、未だATZ/Bevの奏効性を高める併用療法は確立していない。
酪酸菌製剤は腸内細菌叢を改変させ、全身の抗腫瘍免疫を高めることが期待される。本研究では肝細胞癌においてATZ/Bevに酪酸菌製剤を上乗せし、治療奏効性を高めた新たな治療方法の確立を目指す。また、検体解析を行いバイオマーカー探索や治療メカニズムの解明に迫る。本研究は将来的なphaseⅢへの橋渡しとなるべく、phaseⅡの特定臨床研究として実施する。
