Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、近年報告された東アジア人集団や欧米人集団における13種のがんのメタGWAS統計値をモデル構築用データとし、変量効果モデルを用いたSNP選択をすることで、HBV関連肝がんの発症リスクをより高い精度で予測するPRSを構築することを目的とする。さらに、申請らが構築した制限共有データベースである「肝炎DS」において、登録患者のPRSを算出・利用することで、肝がんにおけるゲノム精密医療の実現に向けての橋渡し研究を行う。
