Outline of Research at the Start	潰潰瘍性大腸炎患者における分子標的治療前後の便、大腸粘膜検体、さらに腸内細菌をヒト化した腸炎マウスモデルにおける分子標的治療前後の検体から、腸内細菌を軸にした解析を行い、大腸分子発現のデータも組み合わせることで、潰瘍性大腸炎に対する分子標的薬の治療効果を予測する新たなバイオマーカーを確立することを本研究の目的とする。メタゲノム解析、腸管遺伝子発現解析、臨床データ解析を組み合わせて相関解析を行い、またマウスによる再現実験を行いマーカーの新規発見を目指す。
