Outline of Research at the Start

先行研究で行ったマウスモデルによるRNAseqならびにヒト手術検体由来のVISIUM解析のリソースを活かして、NASH背景肝の肝癌増殖進展に関与する可能性のある３つの候補遺伝子群を同定した。これらの遺伝子群の遺伝子欠損及び強制発現細胞を樹立し、これを独自のNASH肝癌モデルを用いたin vivo評価系で検証し、NASH環境下における肝癌の分子病態の解明と新しい治療標的の同定を試みる。
