Outline of Research at the Start	この研究では、PBCの病態制御に関する問題に焦点を当てた。PBC患者のCD4+T細胞で観察されるN-Rasの発現の亢進について研究し、そのメカニズムやその発現と患者の臨床症状との関連性を解析する。さらに、N-Rasを標的とした新しいPBC治療法の可能性を検討する。この研究の目的はPBC治療の免疫学的なアプローチにおいて、N-Rasが重要な標的分子であることを明らかにすることである。
