Outline of Research at the Start	1型自己免疫性膵炎、IgG4関連硬化性胆管炎をはじめとするIgG4関連疾患は、日本から発信された疾患概念です。治療にはステロイドが著効することが特徴の一つとして知られていますが、線維化による胆管狭窄はステロイド治療を行なっても十分に改善せず胆管ステントから離脱できない症例が臨床上の問題となっています。そこで本研究は、臨床検体そして動物モデルを用いいて免疫学的にどのような機序で線維化が起こるのかを解明しようとしています。
